1. Storing data

Each time a file is requested from the website the access data are stored as a standard feature.
Every data record consists of:

the website the file was requested from;
date and time of request;
name of file;
amount of data transmitted;
access status (file transmitted, file not found etc.);
description of type of web browser used;
operating system used and resolution set;
IP address of the requesting computer.

Beyond that personal data will only be stored if you make the same available to us, e.g. through registration or for execution of a contract. The data stored will be evaluated solely for internal statistical purposes and administration of the websites. No data will be disclosed, neither in whole or in part, to any third party.

3. Using your personal data

Hillers, Dr. Streit, Dr. Behrends & Coll. use the personal data as far as the same are necessary for executing contracts, e.g. to send out bills or establish contacts for inquiries.

4. Use of data and your rights

a) Hillers, Dr. Streit, Dr. Behrends & Coll. shall treat strictly confidential without time limit all trade and business secrets of client that become known to them in connection with their mandate. Such obligation shall also apply to all employees of the law firm. It may be necessary to pass on information to third parties not involved in performing the mandate, e.g. for rendering payments or review by tax consultant. Said third parties are bound to keep in confidence the data received from the law firm and use the same for the purpose of the transaction on our behalf.

b) Hillers, Dr. Streit, Dr. Behrends & Coll. shall be authorized to forward information to the e-mail address designated by client without safeguarding measures (encoding) unless the circumstances give rise to suspicion that the client’s interest are jeopardized or the client objects or revokes its consent to this procedure or gives notice of a change of communication data.

c) The law firm shall be authorized within the framework of their mandate to collect, store and process the client’s personal data made available with due regard to the data protection regulations.

d) On your request we will give complete and free information on the data stored in connection with you, correct, block or delete your data. Unless legal or contractual duties to preserve records exclude any cancellation, we will block the information. 5. Statistical evaluation of pseudonymized user profiles

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of the Google Inc. (”Google”).
