Competition Law

In the daily race for customers the question often arises which business transactions are still legally admissible and which measures are legally prohibited for the protection of consumers, competitors and/or the general public. These issues are governed by the Unfair Competition Act (UWG) which is to ensure fair competition. The competition law also covers cartel law which is governed, for example, by the Act against Restraints on Competition (GWB).
